Private Sessions

Initial Appointment (1.5 Hours)

A longer first session to gather background information, explore your concerns, and begin developing strategies and resources tailored to you.

Mental Health Care Plan (Better Access) If your GP has assessed you as having a mental health condition, they can refer you under a Mental Health Care Plan. This attracts a Medicare rebate of $87.25 per session (for sessions of 50 minutes or more). You can access up to 10 sessions per calendar year under this plan.

Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM) If you have a chronic or complex condition being managed by your GP, you may be eligible for a CDM referral. This attracts a Medicare rebate of $61.80 per session. You can access up to 5 sessions per calendar year under this plan.

Please let me know at the time of booking which Medicare plan you will be using so I can ensure the correct paperwork is completed.

Please note I do not bulk bill. The full consultation fee is payable at the time of your appointment, and you can then claim your rebate back from Medicare directly. For your initial 90 minute appointment, please ensure you have your GP referral prior to booking.
